This is a colorful and beautiful facility dedicated to the hallmark of Hoosier sports, basketball. They have exhibits of many of the recent inductees into their Hall of Fame on the top floor as well as an extensive exhibit on the lower floor with all of them, categorized by year. Many of the state high school champions are featured in large exhibits. One section exhibits early basketball equipment like a peach basket with a hole in the bottom that served as the original "basket," in basketball and some very old scoreboards. Pennants of all the high school championship schools hang high on a wall above the other exhibits. The 14,000 square feet museum occupies two floors and features many interactive exhibits as well as displays honoring the men and women that have achieved success playing high school basketball. The Hall of Fame Enshrinement Hall is a truly impressive array of plaques honoring players and coaches of the game.
